This is a stunning, highly collectible two-piece ceramic set handcrafted by the renowned artist duo Susy Siegele and Mike Haley for Buzzard Mountain Pottery. Both pieces showcase their masterful use of the traditional Nerikomi (Neriage) technique. Rather than being painted on, the intricate prehistoric motifs-including stylized human silhouettes, dancing figures, and handprints-are built natively directly into the colored porcelain body itself. Details: Features a vertical procession of figures flanked by hand impressions. The reverse is clearly stamped and incised "Buzzard Mtn 1994" alongside the artists' personal square chop hallmark seal. Fitted with four protective felt pad feet on the bottom corners to keep your surfaces safe. Roundish Coupe Plate / Shallow Bowl. Details: Beautifully balanced profile featuring a continuous row of stylized dancing petroglyph-style figures.
