These vessels are masterfully made in different shapes and sizes of tea cups with glazes of green, black, and rust, and brown. These wonderful vessels are made in the wabi sabi style of perfect imperfection.
This artist was commission by the Japanese Olympic Committee to make three hundred vessels for a tea ceremony. The artist decided he like the vessels so much he kept them. They will make an inspired gift or a beautiful display. They are signed " MW" 2002/2001 some have Utah also inscribed on the bottom of the cup.
