Item: This sale is for a vintage handmade studio pottery jug, with a shiny almost iridescent glaze and a rustic rim. It was made by the British potter Mick Casson at his home at Wobage Farm, down the road from us in Herefordshire.
Mick was a well known character in the craft world, even presenting a BBC series in the 1970s. Condition: It is in rustic handmade condition with no chips or cracks, but on the there are 2 patches where the glaze did not fully coat the rim - see photo.
