Cobalt blue glaze with white and gold outlining. Approx 5 tall and 3.5 wide. Signed on the bottom - looks like Mark Peeler. Peeler is totally visible, the first name (presumably Marj) is partly obscured by glaze, see photos. I strive to inspect, describe, and photograph my items carefully and accurately.
