Vintage Japanese Studio Pottery Vase Signed Mashiko Shigaraki Style 6

Offered here is a beautiful Japanese studio pottery vase, measuring approximately 6" tall x 5" wide. The piece features a globular form with a narrow neck and a mottled glaze of earthy greens and browns with iron spotting. Signed on the base with an impressed seal mark (see photos). Likely Showa-era (mid-20th century), in the Mashiko or Shigaraki tradition. The vase is in good condition with wear commensurate with age. No chips or cracks visible. A wonderful addition to any Japanese pottery or studio ceramics collection. Dimensions: 6" H x 5" W. Condition: Very good, no chips or cracks.

Signature: Impressed Japanese seal mark on base.
