Beautiful vintage Japanese studio pottery tea bowl by Makoto Yabe, featuring a metallic blue-green glaze with rich speckling and flowing transitions. The wide, shallow form displays the glaze exceptionally well and sits on an unglazed foot with Yabe's stamp. A striking example of late 20th-century Japanese ceramic artistry. Condition: Very good overall condition; general wear; kindly see photos. Measurements: 2.25 inches tall, 6.5 inches wide.
Signed/Marked: Marked to bottom with Makoto Yabe's mark. Please reach out with any questions or offers. We are always around to chat.
