This hand thrown piece has a cool weed pot or moon vase form, with a very narrow mouth opening. It has a glossy, blue glaze with blue crystals.

The porcelaneous clay body is white. This vase is about 8 3/8 inches tall, with a maximum diameter of about 4 1/2 inches. Unpacked, it weighs 2 pounds 1.5 ounces.

This would be a neat addition to a collection of studio ceramics. Identification This pot is marked beneath, as shown, with an incised double R marking. The exact age is not known, but it is believed to be vintage, perhaps 1970s.

Condition This pot looks very good overall, with no chips or cracks. It has very light wear. There is fine, unstained crazing to the non-crystalline glaze areas. Payments must be received within three days of the end of the listing, unless prior arrangements have been made. And international government regulations prohibit such behavior.
