Vintage Cameron Covert Vase Crystalline Glaze in Grey Olive Blue Green

Vintage Vase with small mouth, by Georgia potter Cameron Covert. Stunning crystalline glaze, blue green turquoise explosions on an greyish olive glaze. Clay artist based in Carrollton. He graduated with master's degrees from both Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo and Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.

His career spans several decades and continents, and he has exhibited work in dozens of shows. Covert taught at the State University of West Georgia for thirty-five years before retiring in 2005. His pottery works are part of Georgia's State Art Collection.
