Signed TK Studio Art Pottery Sgraffito Abstract MCM Stoneware Vase

Striking vintage signed studio art pottery vase featuring a tall hand-thrown cylindrical form with an exceptional abstract surface treatment. The upper portion is decorated in heavily textured mottled white, cream, brown and black glazes, transitioning into a dramatic glossy black ground across the lower body. Deeply incised and carved geometric decoration exposes the warm natural stoneware beneath the glaze, creating a bold sgraffito-like composition with a distinctly Mid-Century Modern / Abstract Expressionist character. Horizontal throwing lines remain visible throughout the vessel and add additional texture and evidence of its handmade construction.

The underside is unglazed and bears a clearly incised stylized "TK" artist monogram , along with an additional impressed mark. Measures approximately 12 1/2 tall.
