Rare Vintage Charles Halling Studio Art Pottery Northern Lights Vase. This piece is absolutely stunning, the color combination is very reminiscent of the northern lights. Excellent used condition, no chips or cracks. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in ceramics from the Kansas City Art Institute, studying under renowned ceramics professors Ken Ferguson and Victor Babu. In 1971 the Halling family moved to Northfield, MN where he and his wife Nancy established Halling Pottery.

Charles created porcelain and stoneware Pottery in their studio near Northfield. Throughout the years, his work has won numerous awards. 9" x 4.5" x 2.25.
