Rare Large Vintage Aldermaston Studio Pottery Stoneware Whisky Flagon (Signed)

Large, Aldermaston Pottery, tin-glaze stoneware whisky flagon with a cork bung and wooden tap. Features the distinct brush-stroke decoration and abstract, overlapping leaf or petal motifs in green and iron-brown pigments on a white / cream background typical of Alan Caiger-Smith's style. Mark: hand-drawn initialed artist mark on the base Dimensions approx. : 11 in x 5 1/2 in. Condition: in superb all-round condition (see photos), with no chips or cracks.
