This hand painted porcelain Rosenthal vase is from the 1001 Nights collection. The deep cobalt blue background highlights the robust burst of colors, all garnished and trimmed with gold. The modern colors are so bright that they almost look like neon. The images of birds, people, florals, and foliage, flash colors of lime green, orange, red, light blue, pink and evergreen, with an oriental theme.
Reverse of vase is signed Bjorn Wiinblad. Underside signed, "Rosenthal, Studio Line, Germany, Design Bjorn Wiinblad, " and signed by the artist again.
