An arrow next to the eye of one figure points to the incised word "oog" ("eye), the other's foot is labeled "voet (foot in Dutch) It also has an incised word near the top rim, just above one figure's head, that I have not been able to decipher. With incised signature "Jaap Dommisse" and the numbers 131-91 on the bottom.
Please SEE PHOTOS for close ups of chips on top & bottom rim. Jaap Dommisse began his ceramics career as an apprentice to Jan van Stolk with whom he worked for seven years.
From 1959 he worked independently, founding his own studio in Oosterbeek, Netherlands, In 1971 he moved his studio to Vlissingen, where he worked until 1973. Dommisse made mostly smaller pieces with an all-over texture.
