Impressive 11 ¾ Tall Australian Terracotta & Glazed Studio Art Pottery Vase, Signed, Very Good Condition. This listing is for a large terracotta studio art pottery vase made in Australia and signed "Flannre". The large handmade pottery vase stands 11 ¾" tall and has a 8 ¾" diameter at its widest point. The expertly crafted bulbous vase features an unglazed terracotta that has beautiful natural shading topped with a gloss glazed blue neck. The mouth of this art pottery vase has a 3 ½ diameter, the same size as the base. Skillfully carved, the incised pattern around the hand-thrown vessel is sharp and crisp. The blue glazing on the neck and mouth continues on the inside of the studio pottery vase. The condition of the master-crafted pottery piece is very good with no chops, no cracks, and no post-studio damage. The impressive vase weighs about 3 1/2 lbs. And has a capacity of 144 ounces.
