In order for the claim to be processed with the Post Office, the receiver of the damaged item must file the claim at their local Post Office or you may file online. You will need to keep the damaged item, the box with the labels on it, and all of the original packing materials as the Post Office may require them for proof of damage. You must report any damage to me within one day of receipt of the item. You must document any discrepancies in your claim upon receipt of the item and with clear and concise photographs provided to me and e bay within one day of receipt of item.
