Vintage Retro J&G Meakin Studio Pottery Coffee Set Topic. This is a Vintage Retro J&G Meakin Studio Pottery Coffee Set Topic. This set is in excellent condition and is a full set.
There are fifteen pieces in the set, consisting of: one coffee pot, one cream jug, one sugar bowl, six coffee cups and six saucers. There are no chips, cracks or scratches. The set is the pattern "Topic" which has a blue flower, with green leaves. The lid on the coffee pot and the saucers are a matte mustard colour, which contrasts beautifully with the blue. Each base is stamped: JG STUDIO, J&G MEAKIN, ENGLAND.
The coffee pot is a slimline, tall shape, which would easily fill all six coffee cups. The retro appearance of this set makes it highly collectable. Diameter: 6.5cm (2 1/2).
