RARE HAND PAINTED BAUER POTTERY SIGNED HELEN V. A beautiful Authentic piece of early Bauer. Vintage 1930's Bauer Pottery Los Angeles 6 pot with handle (bean pot) hand painted by artist Helen V. In the 1930's there were commercial artists who bought white stone ware and yellow ware from Bauer Pottery and painted directly on the pieces.
Studio and this was one of her pieces. Early Bauer pottery stoneware hand-painted and signed. Brilliant hues of turquoise-teal, magenta-purple, green, orange, yellow, black, brown.
The bowl measures 4" tall and 6" across. It is a good solid bowl. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, hairlines or repairs It is a gorgeous piece of hand decorated Bauer Pottery.
