(12) Twelve pieces of "Memphis" Style pottery including a teapot, five cups and saucers, and a covered, cone-shaped sugar bowl. Grey-ish blue with black splatter on all sides. The geometric, angular features and cone shaped sugar bowl and teapot seem influenced by the postmodern designs of the Memphis Group. Marked on bottom with a large'L' and smaller'C.
(1) Teapot: 7-3/4" tall x 7" wide. (5) Cups: 3-1/4" diameter x 2-3/4" tall without handle.
(1) Sugar: 4-3/4" tall x 5" diameter. Most pieces are in excellent vintage condition.
The Teapot has two chips, one on the spout and one on the underside of the lid, see photos.
