Vintage, Mid-Century Modern, Eames Era, Studio Pottery, Craft Movement, unusual and unique hand-painted decorated stoppered square bottle vase, made by studio pottery master Polia Pillin. ABOUT THE HAND-PAINTED DECORATION: There are four sides to the bottle showing four separate and distinct paintings. Two sides of the bottle show beautiful women with birds. Two sides of the bottle show birds.
SIGNED ON UNDERSIDE : Pillin (see image). MATERIALS : Glazed and hand painted pottery. SIZE : 4 1/2 tall; 3 1/4 wide; 2 9/16 deep. CONDITION/DESCRIPTION : Very good condition, with crazing and superficial cracking to glaze. Very nice, very presentable, and ready for display.
