Vintage Hobart Cowles (1923 - 1980) Studio Pottery Pot/Planter. Professor at the Rochester Institute of Technology. School for American Craftsmen, taught with Frans Wildenhain.

Was used as a planter. His pottery is not very common.

Very Good condition, only some very tiny interior edge wear at the top rim. Measures, 7 inches length (left to right), 5 inches tall, 4 inches width. Heavy piece, just under 4 lbs.
