Ideal gift for special occasions and collectors. No visual fisures, cracks or flaws, as could be seen in the images. Beautiful Vintage Studio Pottery Sculptural Geode Bowl. This exceptional, one-of-a-kind studio pottery piece features a striking trilateral design with three stylized nude female figures beautifully sculpted into the rim, their bodies and limbs intertwined to form the bowl's handles. The exterior is crafted from heavy, speckled stoneware mimicking raw natural stone, finished with a beautiful flowing turquoise-blue glaze. The interior base showcases a stunning "geode" effect created with thick, vibrant melted glass (fused crackled glass technique) in brilliant shades of cobalt blue, turquoise, and deep emerald green with trapped organic air bubbles.
Color Palette: Combines light grayish tones, mottled with a mineral texture, with transitions in cobalt blue and turquoise concentrated on the rims and inner background. Structure: It has an irregular and asymmetrical rim that mimics natural forms, such as rocks or sea ridges, with a fascinating iconographic detail: the three outer handles are not simply abstract shapes, but sculpted female human figures that surround and support the bowl with their bodies.
