Nothing else included or implied. This was manufactured as a true lamp, it is not a vase later converted into a lamp.
Signed twice with the studio potter's stamped "chop-mark". Signed once under the glaze on the outside just above the base, and then immediately nearby hidden underneath on the unglazed flat bottom surface.
The stamped signature looks like a stylized "W" with two diamonds within. The abstract expressionist style design reminds me of a stylized floral scene.
The colors are brighter in person than they appear in the photos. SIZE: 20" tall at top of finial (the ceramic section alone is 10" tall), it is 14" tall at top of light fixture without the removable harp, and is 9" diameter at the widest point of the pottery. Lamp shade is not included.
It was only used to photograph the lamp. The wooden base has some damage on its edge but structurally is functional and stable (photographed).
The pottery is in original condition, no chips, no cracks, no repairs. The fully functional wiring and 3-way light fixture are original (it has not been re-wired and it works just fine). The brass parts have age-appropriate patina. This item has no significant damages, but it does show light use-wear consistent with age and prior service. As always due to age and prior usage, the item may have slight imperfections such as minor scuffs, scratches, trim wear, and/or slight manufacturing defects.
