Vintage Robert Sperry Cobalt & Iron Splash Glaze Studio Pottery Ball Vase NW

Here is a wonderful stoneware ball vase by well known Washington potter, Robert Sperry. He was the long time former ceramics director for the University of Washington.

This vase has his classic iron brown and cobalt blue splash glazes. Nice round bulbous ball form. It measures 7" tall x 6" at its widest. It is in excellent, original condition with no damage to mention. It is clearly signed in glaze on the bottom.
