Vintage Becky Brown Studio Pottery Vessel Description and Item Information Up for sale is this vintage studio art pottery pitcher by Indiana artist Becky Brown. Please excuse the glare in the photos. This piece is approximately 4 13/16 inches tall, 5 1/2 inches long, and 3 7/16 inches wide. Unpacked, it weighs 15.4 ounces. This has a beautiful glaze over the red clay body.

This pot would be a super addition to an American studio ceramics collection. Identification This vintage piece is marked beneath, BECKY BROWN. Condition This pot looks very good overall, with no cracks. There is a very minor flake area to the spout (about 3/16 inch long by 1/16 inch wide; please see Photo 7); this does not detract.

As made, to the base there is a small firing flaw where there is a piece of sand in the clay (please see Photo 6, above the letter "E"). Variations in glazing are as made. TERMS OF SALE (the not fun but unfortunately necessary fine print) 1.
